TO COPY & PASTE
1. 1. To copy text, first drag your mouse pointer over the text you want to copy while holding the left click mouse button, or use "Ctrl+A" on the keyboard to highlight the whole page.
2. Next, click the right mouse button, then select "copy" from the pop-up.
3. To paste the text, go to the textarea where the text is to be pasted.
4. Position the screen curson by left clicking the mouse where you want the pasting to begin, then right click and select "Paste" from the pop-up.
Copy & Paste Keyboard Commands:
Ctrl+A = Highlight whole page.
Ctrl+C = Copy highlighted text.
Ctrl+X = Cut & Copy highlighted text.
Ctrl+V = Paste copied text.
To add a signature to outgoing messages
1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Signatures tab.
2. To create a signature, click New and then either enter text in the Edit Signature box or click File, and then find the text or HTML file you'd like to use.
3. Select the Add signatures to all outgoing messages check box.
Notes...
1. To use different signatures for different accounts, in the Signatures area, select the signature, click Advanced, and then select the account you want to use the signature with.
2. To use a signature on individual messages only, make sure to clear Add signatures to all outgoing messages. When you compose the message, on the Insert menu, point to Signatures, and then click the signature you want to use.
